Dear Guests

The entire team at Les Bains de Marrakech is delighted to welcome you and wishes you a moment of relaxation and well-being.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our spa and ensure everyone's comfort, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines.

For your comfort and that of all our guests:

Please place your valuables, bags and purses in the secure lockers provided. Management accepts no responsibility for any loss.
To preserve the serenity of our spa, we kindly ask you to maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
For your safety, diving is prohibited. Only one-piece or two-piece swimsuits are permitted. Trousers and burkinis are not allowed.
Mobile phones, cameras and video recording devices are prohibited in the spa and must be left in the changing rooms, with phones switched to silent mode.
Bringing in or consuming illegal substances or substances harmful to health is strictly prohibited.

Respecting these rules ensures everyone's comfort and safety. Management reserves the right to interrupt treatments and ask any guest who fails to comply to leave the premises without a refund. The establishment accepts no liability for accidents resulting from failure to follow these rules, or for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings, to the extent permitted by law.
